Position: Member Service Representative
Department: Member Service Operations
Reports to: Operations Manager
Type: Full Time Hourly | Hybrid (Earn up to 3 WFH days/if performance KPI goals are met)
Pay Rate: $16/hour Monthly Commission averaging $150/month
Shifts Being Hired For: 12:00pm-p:00pm EST

Role & Responsibilities:
The Member Service Rep (MSR) is responsible for live chat and inbound calls with menMD members to assist them with starting new treatment plans and assisting with prescription renewals or any other issues MenMD members may need assistance with . Some outbound calls may be required as needed. The MSR position is core to the menMD belief that by offering our members knowledgeable and personable team members, we will both increase our customer order frequency and decrease customer churn.
A menMD MSR:
- Is well spoken and comfortable on the phone/written communication with members.
- Is knowledgeable and confident explaining and troubleshooting menMD treatments & services.
- Provides a meaningful and positive experience with every member interaction.
- Is coachable and eager to grow in the Member Services Department.
KPI’s:
- Post Call Surveys/Call Review Scores
- Logging Time
- Break Time
Notes:
- Eligible for bonus as of the first day of the month after start date.
- WFH Flex (After one full month in the office, up to 3 WFH days/week if performance KPIs meet goal)
- Maximum of 1 Sat Shift (9am - 5:30pm)/ month.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
